Commanders Sign Cb Tariq Castro-fields, Lb Jabril Cox To 53-man Roster

The Commanders made significant changes to their roster this week.

Two new players, Tariq Castro-Fields and Jabril Cox, have joined the team.

Both Castro-Fields and Cox were initially part of the Commanders' practice squad, a group of backup players.

The team traded away Montez Sweat to the Chicago team and later sent Chase Young to the 49ers in two major trades.

The Pittsburgh Steelers recently experimented with a fresh coaching strategy that caught the attention of football enthusiasts.

Castro-Fields has played in three games this season, primarily contributing to special teams.

Special teams handle kickoffs, punt returns, and other specific aspects of the game.

In his limited playing time, Castro-Fields managed to make one tackle, an essential defensive move in football.

Jabril Cox has more experience, having played in one game and made eight tackles during his time with the Cowboys over the past two seasons.

The trades of Sweat and Young are significant events that reshaped the Commanders' team composition.
