Former Ravens draft pick finds new home with Packers

The Green Bay Packers have acquired rookie cornerback Kyu Blu Kelly from the Seattle Seahawks, as reported by NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo.

Additionally, the Packers made changes in their secondary by releasing safety Innis Gaines.

Kyu Blu Kelly was drafted by the Ravens in the fifth round of the 2023 NFL Draft after an impressive four-season stint at Stanford.

Kelly, a two-time All-Pac-12 honoree, showcased his skills with 147 total tackles during his college career.

Despite participating in Baltimore's three-game preseason, Kelly didn't secure a spot on the Ravens' 53-man roster and was waived on Aug. 29.

Quickly finding a new home in the NFL, Kelly was claimed by the Seattle Seahawks the next day.

While with the Seahawks, Kelly didn't see action on defense but contributed with 38 special teams snaps.
